Stephen Levy, D.D.S.
I was born and raised in Bronx, NY. I attained my degree in Riverdale, NY from The College of Mount Saint Vincent in Psychology, minoring in Chemistry. I graduated cum laude from SUNY at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and then trained in a General Practice residency at New York Medical College (Valhalla campus) in New York. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry, especially cosmetics, restorative prosthodontics and implants. I am a member of a number of dental organizations, including the Buffalo, NY based dental volunteer outreach program B.O.C.A.
I moved to Baltimore a couple months ago after my wife was offered a wonderful opportunity at Hopkins as a pediatric anesthesiologist. I joined the Ellicott City Smile Care team and have dedicated my work to providing the highest quality of patient care with the most up to date, advanced dental technologies. I am friendly and have a gentle touch for all patients in need of oral care.
My wife and I have a new addition to our family – a golden doodle – who keeps us on our toes!

I’m passionate about my job and am committed to making patients feel at home and comfortable. Let’s face it, nobody wants to come to the dentist, so our team focuses on the patient experience and tries to make your visit as fun as possible! In my downtime, I enjoy spending time with my family – I have 2 boys ages 10 years and 12 years. They keep us really busy! I also enjoy working out, going to Ravens and Orioles games, and watching Netflix.

I graduated from the University of Baltimore with my master’s degree in High Technology Crime. I thought that it was going to provide me with my dream job. I was completely wrong! I couldn’t stand what I did. So, I started working in the dental field. I love everyone in our office, it feels like a second home. In my spare time, I enjoy decorating cakes, running, and hanging out with my family.

He is my world and I love seeing him grow and learn.
